How this site handles information.

I run Friday Page. This site sells a new-patient conversion page for independent dental practices, then a care retainer.

The intake form runs in your browser. Answers stay on your device unless you copy them or send them. Sample forms follow the same rule. Submit does not contact a practice.

The Pay $2,500 button opens Stripe Checkout for $2,500 USD, one time, for the page. Care after launch is $350/mo and is arranged after the page is live. Stripe shows the $2,500 confirmation.

If you hire the work, I keep what I need to write the page, send requests to the inbox you name, and do the retainer tweaks. I do not sell that information.
